How to Submit an Article
We are pleased that you are considering CE and delighted to receive unsolicited articles on the Catholic faith, devotionals, the saints, and many other topics. If you have a completed article, please email it as a word or google doc attachment to submissions@catholicexchange.com. If you are a new author, please also include a one-paragraph biography and a publicity photo/headshot. Please allow up to 10 business days for review. As well, if the piece is time sensitive then please mark as “urgent” in the subject line.
Submission Guidelines
Articles for CE should be between 800-1250 words, but there is some flexibility to this rule. If you cite any works, please insert a link to each citation within the body of the article (no footnotes, please). While we prefer original pieces, please let us know if your submission has been printed elsewhere.
It’s advised that you contact the editor to discuss possible options at CE and to make sure your work will be a good fit. Also, feel free to email us with any other questions. Unfortunately, at this time, we are not able to offer compensation for new authors.
